When I phoned to schedule an appointment, the person who answered simply said "hello" without stating the company name, which left me a bit perplexed. After stating that I needed two nails and one hair service, I was informed that they no longer offer nail services, despite their website indicating otherwise. Before I could finish expressing my uncertainty, the conversation was abruptly ended with a quick "goodbye," though I still intended to proceed with the hair appointment.
