Compact massage venue with skilled therapists! The rates are quite reasonable compared to larger spas in the vicinity, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a walk-in appointment here. I do wish clients could select their masseuse as I particularly enjoyed Wiwi, although all the therapists are excellent too :)
Dreadful experience. Firstly, I had an 11 o'clock appointment, but upon arrival, I sat waiting for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment because the staff were in the rear engaging in loud and inappropriate conversations in their language, assuming customers wouldn't understand. When someone finally noticed my presence, they seemed more surprised by my overhearing than by the fact I had been waiting for nearly 20 minutes. The establishment felt stuffy, unclean, and had a musty odor. There was no aromatherapy or similar offerings. The masseuse assigned to me was incredibly subpar and I question how she obtained her license. Despite requesting medium to deep pressure, she barely applied any pressure, prompting me to repeatedly request more intensity. Eventually, she seemed irritated by the additional effort and resorted to forcefully jabbing her elbows into me, claiming the pressure was too much. She lacked technique, repeatedly worked on the same areas with minimal pressure, and frequently left the room. The so-called "CBD" oil was a disappointment, lacking any cooling or warming effects and simply being an overpriced massage oil. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of $85, and even leaving a $5 tip (which she did not deserve) resulted in her displaying an ungrateful attitude. I regret venturing beyond my comfort zone; I'll stick to MASSAGE CRYSTAL by BJS, where they consistently deliver and meet expectations!
Relaxing massage. Charming ambiance. Friendly staff. I'm awarding 4 stars as I had requested a deep tissue massage with firm pressure, but it felt more like a medium pressure. I believe the individual who performed my massage may not have been capable of applying the level of pressure I desired. Nonetheless, it was still pleasant, and I felt rejuvenated even hours after departing. Thank you!
