This spot is vibrant, joyful and inviting. The individuals at the reception were extremely pleasant and amiable, which helped ease my pre-appointment nerves. I recently had the chance to undergo a complete bikini wax service with Taylor and she was absolutely fantastic!! As a first-time wax client, I had initially planned to only have my bikini line waxed, but Taylor's friendly, lively and enthusiastic attitude made me feel secure enough to change my service. Her expertise and ability to reassure a nervous first-time client about the service was truly remarkable! She took great care throughout the process ensuring that I was comfortable and well-informed about each step, strip by strip. Taylor's professionalism and welcoming nature have made me a loyal client; I will be visiting her regularly for my waxing needs from now on. **Noah** is truly a gem at the salon! If this were his review, it would be a glowing 5 stars. Janee, on the other hand, left me utterly disappointed. She spent an excessive amount of time playing with my hair from 5:30 in the evening until 9 pm. The whole process felt unnecessarily prolonged. She washed my hair without a cape, which led to a messy detangling process. Despite my gentle reminder, she took forever to blow dry my hair. To make matters worse, she only put the cape on after washing out the conditioner, resulting in a re-blow drying session. It was only when Noah intervened that my hair was properly handled. I find it baffling that I'm reviewing Janee for a cut when Noah was the one who actually cut my hair. If not for Noah's quick fix, my dissatisfaction would have been even greater. What was supposed to be a quick wash, blow, and trim turned into a whole evening affair at the salon. Compact massage venue with skilled therapists! The rates are quite reasonable compared to larger spas in the vicinity, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a walk-in appointment here. I do wish clients could select their masseuse as I particularly enjoyed Wiwi, although all the therapists are excellent too :)About

If driving, head south on Ritchie Hwy from the intersection with Benfield Blvd, continue straight until you reach the salon located on the right side.
