Although I enjoy getting my eyebrows done at this place, I wish the staff paid more attention to hygiene. I've witnessed employees eating without washing their hands before touching my face and not sanitizing between clients. The tools used also seem unclean, leading to breakouts on my sensitive skin. Service quality is good, but cleanliness needs improvement.
Terrible experience, would rate below 1 if possible. Lack of professionalism and disrespect towards customers. The waxing technician burned my neck severely, and when I raised my concerns, they defended their actions instead of offering a resolution. Unacceptable behavior and blatant lies about the damage caused.
