I'm hesitant to leave a negative review, but it's not good practice to close a store 3 hours before closing time. December 6th isn't listed as a holiday, yet it closed today at 5:00.
Upon entering, I was promptly greeted, and both employees went above and beyond to assist me in selecting products for bleaching my hair for the first time. They were remarkably knowledgeable and supportive! I'll certainly return whenever I require hair products. They even persuaded me to apply for a store credit card, which isn't something I usually do.
My experience at this location wasn't pleasant. The lone employee on duty shouldn't be in customer service. Throughout my visit, she never once smiled. Her attitude and appearance clearly indicated she didn't want to be there. Despite working in a beauty supply store, she looked disheveled. It seemed like she lacked industry knowledge. When another customer asked her about a product, she gave a curt response, rolled her eyes, and walked away. After a long wait in line, I requested a set of clippers. She told me to wait because there was a line of people. I had to stand aside even longer as she reluctantly served the 4 customers behind me. There was zero friendliness. Despite having multiple items, I was still questioned if I needed a bag, as if it were a hassle to provide one. I'm relieved I no longer reside here and won't have to revisit.
