The service here is outstanding, and my nails have never looked better! The salon is impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning.
I called to schedule a same-day appointment, but the person on the phone was unhelpful and evasive. The quoted price for a gel manicure and pedicure was exorbitant at $130. Additionally, the request for my credit card information before the service felt sketchy and unprofessional. I would not feel comfortable patronizing a salon that conducts business in this manner, especially over the phone.
This is my second visit to La Diva and it was fantastic. The overall experience at this nail salon is incredibly relaxing. The manicures and pedicures are done with precision and care, never rushed. The cleanliness of the salon is top-notch. The only downside is the need to call ahead for an appointment and the slightly higher prices, but the quality justifies it.
