Tony is exceptional at pedicures... his massages are top-notch but his polish work could use improvement... the lack of visible pricing is concerning. Please consider displaying prices for transparency! A woman with a lip piercing and long hair quoted me $43 for my daughter's pedicure (without gel)!! I was taken aback by the cost... later, I found a price list on the nail technician's station. It listed kids' pedicures at $15 and gel kids' pedicures at $25... she mentioned she "consulted the owner" and adjusted the price to $15, claiming the listed prices were outdated. How can prices not be readily available in this day and age? I felt uneasy, as if I was being misled... despite this, I still tipped her $10 as it's the season of giving, and I believe in generous tipping. I do not plan on returning to this establishment.
This establishment is truly exceptional! Having resided in Parma for over 5 years, I've visited numerous nail salons in the area without finding satisfaction until now. Jenny is absolutely phenomenal!! The ambiance is incredibly relaxing. I brought my partner along, and after receiving a manicure and pedicure, he was hooked. He declared that he will exclusively patronize this salon for nail services from now on. I wholeheartedly recommend this place countless times over.
The dedication to exceptional customer service is evident in their business practices and client interactions! Rylee gave me a fantastic hair trim that left me overjoyed. Jenny's nail work displayed unparalleled creativity and flawlessness. Kassi's pedicure made me feel like a rejuvenated woman with brand-new feet! I highly recommend this establishment!!! I will definitely be returning for future services.
