Arrived on a Friday at 11 AM. Waited 70 minutes past my appointment time. I was informed of a 15-minute delay but received no further updates. I sat waiting, feeling disappointed. I almost refused to pay due to the time wasted but had no backup plan for my hair. I overheard the receptionist informing the next client of a 15-minute delay, which seemed unreasonable as I hadn't been seen yet. Spent $50 on a blowout. Will not return, cannot recommend.
Crystal was absolutely amazing! I am in love with my new hairstyle, and she had great knowledge about curly hair and products. I will definitely be returning!
