Initially, I gave a 1-star rating due to the rudeness displayed by a few staff members, but I have revised it to 4 stars because of the professionalism and excellent customer service provided by Sam and Taylor. Kudos to these two individuals!
AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Read carefully. I had high hopes for this salon to become my new go-to for nail services. Landon did my nails and they looked gorgeous, making me happy initially. However, the very next day, the polish chipped off. I paid $45 for a fill, tried calling but they were closed. The following day, they were closed again. Due to my work schedule conflicting with their hours, I called today and spoke with a lady, explaining my time constraints and suggesting Saturday as a possible day for me to come in (my day off). To my surprise, she responded, "If you come in on Saturday, we will charge you!!" Can you believe it? I pay good money for my nails and to receive such poor service, with no attempt to rectify the issue they caused. No, I will never return to this place! Appalling customer service and a lack of accountability for their mistakes!
Kimberly did an outstanding job on my gel manicure. His expertise and recommendations for my nail type and color were well received and I truly appreciated the attention to detail he provided. Highly recommended and I will definitely return. Thank you, Kimberly!
