Update in relation to Amara's response: Amara, I visited your braider's establishment on Hartford Road on April 21st, 2023, precisely at 10:53 am. I possess evidence of the poor hair work that resulted in my edges being damaged, the recorded phone conversation I had with you, and visual documentation of YOU braiding my hair in your salon. Feel free to label me as you wish, but any threats towards me will be addressed accordingly, so exercise caution, and above all, strive for improvement. I have no desire to "ruin your reputation"...I am not that invested. However, what concerns me is paying a premium for quality service and receiving subpar braids that harm my edges.
