I went in for a gel full set, and I am thrilled with the outcome! The gel polish is vibrant and glossy, and it has not chipped or lost its shine. The staff members are highly skilled and professional. I will definitely be returning for future appointments!
OVERPRICED EVERYTHING! I visited this salon to have my nails done for my senior prom, and the prices were outrageous. They claimed my acrylic nails were "extra long" and charged me an additional $5, added $30 for a pedicure despite only receiving a basic one, and my nails started chipping within 24 hours. Find another salon!!!!
This was the most terrible experience I've ever had. The salon looks nice, but it seems like only one staff member knew what they were doing. I went with my younger sibling. She got acrylic nails, and I opted for a basic manicure. As soon as I sat down, the technician aggressively started filing my nails down to the skin, completely ruining their round shape and making my skin around the nails look swollen. When the technician suggested gel polish instead of my choice, I declined due to the damage it causes to my nails. She insisted that gel polish lasts longer and dries faster, and became annoyed when I stuck to my decision. After sloppily painting most of my nails, she began cleaning them up. I requested her to paint the entire nail as she left the sides unpainted. This request further agitated her, and by then, I felt like I could have done a better job myself. The edges of my nails looked uneven. When I asked to see the butterfly stickers they offered, she tried to persuade me that they wouldn't show with my chosen color and kept pushing for a different design or nail color. I had to repeat my choice of butterflies five or six times before she finally agreed. Eventually, the technician attending to my sister had to pause her work to apply the stickers on my nails. Moreover, when a new customer arrived, the technician working on my sister's nails had to keep leaving to assist the other person. Both of us ended up with a basic color and butterfly stickers, costing us nearly $90 in total with a small tip.
