I have explored various lash salons, and I am thrilled to have discovered this one! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming. Latoya handles my lashes, and another artist attends to my granddaughter's, both delivering excellent results. I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere.
I visited this establishment for the first time on Friday for a three-week fill appointment. The individual at the reception suggested starting fresh, so I agreed under the condition that the outcome would be satisfactory. The old set was removed, although they were still in good condition. I inquired about the classic look for my lashes, and the response was positive. However, the lash technician arrived 15 minutes late and spent only an hour and a half on my lashes, including the time taken to remove the old set. The end result left much to be desired, resembling the need for another fill rather than a fresh set. Additionally, I did not receive the promised discount for being a first-time visitor, which was disappointing. Despite bringing this to their attention, the response was lackluster. I had to pay full price elsewhere to fix my lashes on Monday. For a subpar service that should have taken three hours, paying $200 is unacceptable. Be cautious of time constraints and promised discounts at this location.
