Grace Thompson Jenny, the owner, is exceptional. She excels in styling, washing, and blow-drying hair. If you visit her, your hair will look amazing.
Samantha Johnson I called on Friday to inquire about their Monday opening time, and the lady told me 9:30. However, when I arrived on Monday, I saw them opening, so my husband asked the lady about the opening time, and she said 10... I was already irritated by the discrepancy. Nevertheless, I needed my hair done early, so I left my house at 9:15 to make it on time. I waited until around 9:45 when another lady arrived and started making calls, so I assumed she worked there too. I tried to ask her about the opening time, even saying it in Spanish as I'm not Latino, but she just looked at me, turned around, and walked away. My point in writing this review is that businesses should not deceive their customers, especially in times when we all need the support. I was trying to give them early morning business, but not only did they lie about the opening time, but they were also rude because I'm not Latino. In the end, I went to another salon where the stylist, who was also Latino, treated me with respect. If you're considering this salon, my advice is to steer clear. It's not worth the frustration.
--- Jane Smith Horrendous experience. I went in to get my hair dyed blonde, but the stylist clearly had no idea what she was doing. Instead of blonde, my hair turned out more orange than anything. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she just smirked and laughed as if it was a joke. During the redo, she was rough, yanking on my hair, using freezing water to rinse it, and displaying overall rudeness. I would strongly advise against going to this salon!
