Minimal conversation, the piercer seemed a bit odd. I kept a close eye on his hygiene practices as he constantly had his back turned, unlike other studios where they involve the customer and show the supplies being used. The lack of friendliness was off-putting. There were no instructions provided for aftercare with the piercings, making it a terrible experience. I won't be returning here. I wish I could give a zero-star rating. Despite that, I still left a generous tip out of the kindness of my heart. I should have been more cautious, but it was a last-minute situation. This is the best hair salon I've ever been to. I highly recommend it. You truly get what you pay for. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my hair or go anywhere else. I had a fabulous experience here! I desired a peek a boo highlights but I'd never colored my hair before and spent some time looking at reviews before calling the Balayage Beauty Salon. From the start they were kind and welcoming and really made me feel comfortable especially since it was my first color service. My stylist sat with me first to talk through what I wanted, looked at my hair and to talk about what I'd done before. She was really informative through the whole process especially knowing I'd never had a color before. She checked in along the way and was constantly making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect. She also gave me tips on what to do moving forward to help take care of my hair and make it healthier! Will definitely be coming back!About
