Having recently moved to a new apartment in the vicinity, I decided to give this salon another chance. I scheduled an appointment with Hope, received confirmation, only to be informed via email the day before that another technician would be handling my service without consulting me!
During my appointment, another staff member engaged my technician, Lyly, in a lengthy conversation. I was subjected to their personal discussions for a full 30 minutes!!! This lack of professionalism is unacceptable; I have no interest in hearing about your personal matters, living arrangements, or family relationships!!

I absolutely adore it! I haven't gone to any other nail technician since I started going to Yen 2 1/2 years ago. They always take care of me promptly. The salon is consistently clean and has a serene atmosphere!
