Having recently moved to a new apartment in the vicinity, I decided to give this salon another chance. I scheduled an appointment with Hope, received confirmation, only to be informed via email the day before that another technician would be handling my service without consulting me! During my appointment, another staff member engaged my technician, Lyly, in a lengthy conversation. I was subjected to their personal discussions for a full 30 minutes!!! This lack of professionalism is unacceptable; I have no interest in hearing about your personal matters, living arrangements, or family relationships!! And don't even get me started on what they did to my nails!! I requested a classic manicure. Please refer to the images below!!
The premier beauty salon in Los Angeles! The nail artists at this salon exhibit exceptional skill and meticulous attention to detail. Upon entering, I immediately felt embraced by the warm atmosphere. The entire staff is incredibly amiable and hospitable. Finding a salon that I can truly rely on has been a challenge for me. My top priority is the sterilization of manicure tools. I was pleased to see that all tools were properly sterilized, and they even used disposable nail files, offering me peace of mind regarding hygiene. I wholeheartedly endorse this salon for individuals who value cleanliness and safety during their nail treatments.
