I absolutely adore it! I haven't gone to any other nail technician since I started going to Yen 2 1/2 years ago. They always take care of me promptly. The salon is consistently clean and has a serene atmosphere! I highly recommend it to other women who value the quality of their nails.
Yen is absolutely fantastic! I visited for the first time based on a friend's recommendation, and she exceeded expectations! She gave me a gorgeous manicure to welcome the new year with!
I visited to get a no chip but was persuaded to try a DIP instead. It was Super Bowl Sunday and I was pressed for time, informing them I was in a hurry. They assured me I would be done on time, but I prefer not to feel rushed or overwhelmed. I would have been perfectly happy with a no chip. Long story short, my nails didn't even last a day. They began to lift and crack at the edges. When I contacted the salon, the only solution offered was to come back in for a redo. I was leaving town and didn't have the time to return, plus why would I want to go back after my nails didn't last? They refused a refund - I asked where it stated no refunds, all services final, but received no answer. I do not recommend this salon for nail services. I truly believe that a salon with exceptional customer service can make a big difference in a negative experience. It's very disappointing, especially considering how expensive it is to get our nails done.
