I have been a patron for many years now. I think Janine is exceptional and I discovered at my last appointment I am not alone. While getting my hair treatment, Janine approached to offer the individual applying the treatment some helpful tips. She did so effortlessly and respectfully. The individual then remarked on how much they appreciate Janine's teaching style. In essence, she educates without being patronizing. It was wonderful to hear that someone receiving guidance did not feel diminished.
