Having recently moved to a new apartment in the vicinity, I decided to give this salon another chance. I scheduled an appointment with Hope, received confirmation, only to be informed via email the day before that another technician would be handling my service without consulting me!
During my appointment, another staff member engaged my technician, Lyly, in a lengthy conversation. I was subjected to their personal discussions for a full 30 minutes!!! This lack of professionalism is unacceptable; I have no interest in hearing about your personal matters, living arrangements, or family relationships!!
