Jessica is exceptional at providing pedicures! I have not had a professional pedicure since the pandemic restrictions lifted; choosing to care for my own feet during the lockdown. I had forgotten the sheer relaxation of having someone else pamper my feet! Jessica is incredibly meticulous and attentive! She is exceptionally friendly and offers competitive pricing for her services.
I decided to explore a new salon owned by a Black individual since relocating to the area. I scheduled an appointment a day in advance. Upon my arrival, my nail technician was not on site. I had to wait for over an hour for her to arrive at the salon. When she finally showed up, there was no apology or explanation. I was met with a rude demeanor! The gel set and pedicure I received were very average. The atmosphere was far from relaxing. It was not a pleasant experience! This visit occurred during the peak of the pandemic. No one was wearing masks, and the establishment was not properly sanitized.
Sandy was incredibly kind and delightful, and she did an outstanding job on my pedicure!
