During my recent visit, I observed a person, presumably in a managerial role named Cassandra, who was interacting with an employee in a way that was quite concerning. I was so taken aback by her behavior that I made sure to note her name. It's alarming to witness such treatment of staff in front of customers; one can only wonder how she speaks to them when no one else is around. Despite this unfortunate display of leadership, the store met my expectations. In fact, I am now curious to visit again to observe how frequently such incidents occur with the management and staff.
The customer service is very welcoming and the prices are reasonable. The store is always kept clean and there is a wide variety of products to choose from.
The staff here are incredibly warm and helpful. The manager exudes a friendly and outgoing demeanor. I definitely plan on returning to shop here. I ended up finding more items than I originally intended to purchase. Don't forget to grab a cart as soon as you walk in.
