Recently relocated and looking for a quality nail salon, I spent nearly $200 on my initial visit. Unfortunately, I have numerous grievances, although I won't delve into specifics. With almost three decades of nail care experience, this ranks as one of my worst experiences every single time I visit, especially regarding appointment scheduling. Yesterday, they canceled my appointment last minute, claiming the technician wasn't feeling well. They offered to reschedule for Friday but failed to provide a specific time, leaving me hanging. As a Cooking Channel host, maintaining well-done nails is crucial for me. This salon lacks attention to detail, perhaps suitable for less discerning younger clients but certainly not for someone like myself who values precision and proper client treatment. Being older, I require my cuticles to be moisturized before leaving, a simple request that goes unfulfilled despite a generous tip. I clearly communicated my two essential preferences – clean nail undersides and extra glossy finish with two topcoat layers – yet Hannah consistently forgets. I don't feel special, remembered, or cared for in any way. It's a lackadaisical approach. Moreover, texting clients at 10:30 pm is unacceptable, especially when discussing appointments scheduled weeks in advance. Communication should be more respectful and timely, not delayed messages late at night. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Hannah is truly exceptional! Her work is top-notch, and she has a way of making you feel incredibly valued during your session. The nail designs she creates are unparalleled, taking your vague ideas and turning them into the most imaginative nail sets you'll ever see. Always staying ahead of trends, Hannah ensures she uses the best supplies available. I particularly admire her efficient booking system, which eliminates the need to wait for hours like in other salons. Since moving to this area a few years back, Hannah has made me feel like a part of the community, keeping me informed about upcoming events and engaging in delightful conversations throughout my appointments. Having visited numerous nail technicians over the years, I can confidently say that none come close to Hannah in terms of professionalism, skill, and charm. She is truly a rare find!
