I arrived this morning for an oil change with wipers to be replaced. I received the oil change, but this is the second time in a row that the wipers have not been replaced. The individual, and I'll use that term loosely, was rude and too preoccupied with being right to address my inquiries. He explains things too quickly, and if you don't understand what he says, he looks at you as if you're wasting his time. I won't be coming back for an oil change again. You have lost my business.
This was absolutely terrible! They are "renovating" You can't find anything. They should shut down until it's finished. The employees are extremely impolite. Acting as if you're in their path. And heaven forbid you inquire about something's location. Your guess is as good as mine, was what I was told. And most of the shelves are empty. I regret wasting my time. Next time I'll take the extra time to visit Target. At least it won't be a waste of my time. Oh, manners go a long way. You might want to instruct your workers to say excuse me.
