Terrible experience renting equipment. The assistant manager displayed passive-aggressive behavior, and the store refused to assist with loading or unloading, even for a disabled veteran. Furthermore, if any damage occurred due to their lack of help, they would charge the credit card. They also refused to refund the rental fee, even after enlisting the customer's help. This individual is not suited for customer service roles. Avoid renting from them. Consider using Kennebec Rental in Auburn or Ace Hardware in Bridgton.

My initial online order experience was smooth. I visited the store to pick up a forgotten item, but due to the busy staff, I had to wait for assistance in loading the heavier items. Eventually, an employee came out, apologized, and helped with the remaining products. Next time, I'll follow the designated spots and instructions. No fault lies with Aubuchon's; everyone was incredibly helpful despite being busy. Thank you!
