The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is truly disappointing. No customer, especially one who has been loyal and pays well, should ever be treated in such a manner. Emily Carey Hair failed to deliver on promises regarding red hair treatment, spoke negatively about my current extensions, and attempted to sell me new extensions at triple the price and significantly lower quality. When I politely expressed my concerns, she dismissed me by claiming she knows best and refused to provide the service I had booked two months in advance, despite being a client for three years. Emily's conduct was extremely unprofessional, and this entire experience was a complete letdown. I strongly advise against visiting EMILY OR LIFE SPA.
My experience with Crystal for manicures has been nothing short of exceptional. I've been a client of hers almost since she started, which is about a year and a half now. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she is also one of the kindest individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting. She has not only helped me improve the condition of my nails but also leaves me feeling beautiful every time.
