First visit yesterday. This is the best, most amazing and awesome place I have ever visited. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed as a friend in an amazing relaxed atmosphere. I had a medi Pedi done and it was truly fabulous, I highly recommend it. My certified medical nail pedicure was so relaxing and I enjoyed everything and speaking with her was awesome. Next I signed up for the hour long massage, it does not disappoint! The massage therapist was very talented and knowledgeable. The absolute best I have ever had. Total relaxation and stress relief. I cannot recommend them enough, I will be a lifelong client. Kudos! The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is truly disappointing. No customer, especially one who has been loyal and pays well, should ever be treated in such a manner. Emily Carey Hair failed to deliver on promises regarding red hair treatment, spoke negatively about my current extensions, and attempted to sell me new extensions at triple the price and significantly lower quality. When I politely expressed my concerns, she dismissed me by claiming she knows best and refused to provide the service I had booked two months in advance, despite being a client for three years. Emily's conduct was extremely unprofessional, and this entire experience was a complete letdown. What a lovely spot! Impeccably clean and the locals were incredibly kind to us. My elderly aunt was truly spoiled and absolutely adored her nail treatment! She indulged in a Gel Mani Pedi! My dip powder nails, adorned with a charming Christmas design, turned out fantastic!
