The new proprietors are EXCEPTIONAL. After a long search for a reliable nail salon in Delaware County, I finally found it. My sister and I have visited twice and had two wonderful experiences. The technicians are friendly, approachable, and professional. I appreciate how they create a comfortable environment for clients to express their preferences, and they consistently deliver top-notch service!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service and the subpar quality of my gel French manicure. My nails were riddled with air bubbles, and the top coat peeled off three nails immediately. The nail technician remained silent throughout the entire Mani Pedi and rushed through the process. These photos were taken five days post-manicure, prompting me to leave this review after shelling out $65 for a disappointing experience.
Had my nails done by Alex today! He took his time and did a fantastic job. The pricing was reasonable compared to other salons, and the online booking process was convenient. Would highly recommend!
