We live in a microwave society now, so I get the bad reviews because they come from people who are always in a hurry; which used to be me! But these techs are trained to be attentive and do a good job, which takes time on some of these feet. They have plenty of staff and work consistently. No playtime. They use great tools; Are sanitary and make sure your services are well done. I am a business owner and you cannot please everybody. Some are just never satisfied and only write reviews when something is wrong. I have been to numerous nail salons that hurry you in and hurry you out. The other spots go so fast that they scrub your skin, cuticles and nails at the same time, but Blue Rain does not cheese grate your feet or scrub your skin. They are the best in NYC and stay full tilt all day. So prepare to be there at least 2.5 hours. Now, If you don't have time to pamper yourself and need a quicky, remember: good ain't fast and fast ain't good! So do not come here if you don't have time. I had to learn their operation to know what time is best to go. Either way. They are worth the wait, the drive, and the coins. No one is perfect, but this is close enough!!!

This hidden treasure. Alex is phenomenal she excels in nails, pedicures, eyelashes, the whole package. I am satisfied with her craftsmanship. The salon always offers fresh fruit, wine, and occasionally cookies. The team is welcoming. Though this spot is an hour away from my location, the journey is worthwhile. Each individual in the salons is skilled in nail and pedicure services ☺️ Keep it up!

Extremely meticulous in trimming my hair. I have not allowed anyone else to touch my hair for the last 13 years and still going. The ultimate 5-star service.
