I had an amazing first visit. The individuals were so kind, ensuring my satisfaction with my nails before I paid, and the wait time was minimal. I will definitely return.
These nails were completed on Saturday, 4/30. I selected this salon based on the fantastic photos and reviews. I had booked an appointment days in advance. Initially, I had doubts but I understand that some places may be understaffed; however, appointments should not be scheduled without adequate staffing... I waited for an hour and 15 minutes with my feet soaking before two additional employees arrived and one finally attended to me. I was there for a total of 3 hours (from 11-2) (my appointment was at 11 and I arrived around 10:50) and this was the end result. Perhaps I had the wrong technician as all she did was complain about her tooth, so maybe it was just a bad day? Regardless, this level of service is not acceptable. And yes, before they respond to this review... I did still leave a tip because I used to work in the hair industry and I value their time. Did I express my dissatisfaction? No, because - 1 I had already invested 3 hours there and 2- based on this outcome, would you trust your time to have them fixed at the same place? I have never written a Google review before, but I simply want to caution everyone to ensure they request the right technician.. I believe the individual who worked on my nails was Rana.. that's the name she wrote on the stamp card she gave me.
