- They used a drill directly on my nails to remove the gel without waiting for the acetone to soak in properly (even after I requested acetone) - There were still remnants of gel on my nails, and the drilling left dents in them - To cover up the issues, they offered to redo the gel manicure (though I wanted a regular one) - They didn't bother to consult me on what I wanted for my nails; they just started working right away. I had to interrupt them numerous times - The technician was on the phone throughout the appointment - Overall, it was a far from enjoyable experience. My hands and nails didn't feel good afterward.
I've visited this salon multiple times to get my nails done, and it's become one of my top choices because they consistently deliver excellent results. I'll bring in a picture for reference, and they always manage to recreate the design even better. I leave feeling very pleased and will definitely be a returning customer. The hot wax treatment and massage are also highlights for me, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a tiring day. The only drawback is that not all the chairs in the salon function or recline perfectly, but aside from that, it's a fantastic spot for walk-ins. I would absolutely go back. :)
The salon experience was truly amazing, with everyone being incredibly kind. Even on a holiday like Labor Day, I was able to receive a gel manicure and pedicure within an hour. Highly recommended!
