Visited multiple times when I was in the vicinity with my spouse. I relax at a nearby pub while my spouse gets her hair styled and then I get my own trim. My spouse always emerges beaming and proud of her new look - she always looks fantastic anyway. - They used a drill directly on my nails to remove the gel without waiting for the acetone to soak in properly (even after I requested acetone)
- There were still remnants of gel on my nails, and the drilling left dents in them
- To cover up the issues, they offered to redo the gel manicure (though I wanted a regular one)
- They didn't bother to consult me on what I wanted for my nails; they just started working right away. I had to interrupt them numerous times
- The technician was on the phone throughout the appointment
