No one surpasses Lyndon!! A consummate professional, incredibly skilled, and a wonderful individual. I've been a loyal client for nearly 2 decades and still travel nearly an hour for appointments with them. As my children reach the age for brow grooming, Lyndon is the only one I'd entrust. Visited multiple times when I was in the vicinity with my spouse. I relax at a nearby pub while my spouse gets her hair styled and then I get my own trim. My spouse always emerges beaming and proud of her new look - she always looks fantastic anyway. - They used a drill directly on my nails to remove the gel without waiting for the acetone to soak in properly (even after I requested acetone)
- There were still remnants of gel on my nails, and the drilling left dents in them
- To cover up the issues, they offered to redo the gel manicure (though I wanted a regular one)
- They didn't bother to consult me on what I wanted for my nails; they just started working right away. I had to interrupt them numerous times
- The technician was on the phone throughout the appointment
