I brought my daughter here for her first full set and she is thrilled with her nails.
I have been visiting Ocean for almost a year now and I am very particular about who does my nails. They have a passion for experimenting with new designs and techniques - they are truly an artist, not just a "nail technician". If you want to secure an appointment with them, it is absolutely necessary. Many regular clients have set standing day/time slots, so new clients may have to rely on cancellations or book a month in advance.
The quality of work and designs here is subpar, and the prices are unreasonably high. Additionally, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes because I called to inform them I would be five minutes late, which I can understand to an extent. However, they charged me for a sticker that cost $15, and it fell off the very next day due to poor application. I would not recommend this place.
