I adore this establishment; my brows look fantastic after my visit. I highly recommend anyone interested to give them a try. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative, guiding you through each step so you understand the entire process. Absolutely love them!
This is the third time this has happened, and I've had enough. Every visit, I request for the wax to be cooled to avoid burns, and every time I'm assured it will be done. Yet, here I am again with burns under my brows. The shape is good, but the scabs ruin the look. Please, lower the wax temperature for the love of all that is holy. I wish there was another waxing salon near me. I might have to go back to threading.
I had my eyebrows done a week ago, and I am still shocked at how thin they made them. I didn't ask for this at all. The left picture shows my original brows, which I just wanted to tidy up around the edges. However, the result on the right is not what I expected. The lady who worked on my brows complimented their fullness but ended up thinning them out. Be cautious about the eyebrow style they specialize in because they removed more than necessary, and I'm unsure why.
