Inquired about a quick, small tattoo behind my ear as a walk-in. Was advised to bring a reference picture and that if the artist had availability, they could do it. Arrived and was informed they could proceed, but the artist was currently cleaning and to return in an hour. Fine, no problem. Returned later and was told that "something came up" and the artist was not present. Pretty sure I saw her through the window when I arrived... If you didn't want the easy $100, just be honest instead of wasting my time.
Outstanding artists, incredible ambiance. Received both a piercing and tattoo at the Palmer location. 10/10, definitely returning.
Recently got a piercing at this place and the individual who did it was extremely knowledgeable about post-care. She explained each step as she worked on my ears and checked in on my comfort throughout. The staff there is truly amazing, I will absolutely be going back.
