The only beauty supply store I'll be frequenting from now on. Everyone is so accommodating, but Paris, in particular, is exceptional. I went in to purchase items for my hair. She went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service and a lovely demeanor. If you're seeking a beauty supply store to visit, THIS IS IT!
I hurried to the market to arrive before 7pm. I arrived at 655 and they were already closed. If it states 7pm closed, they should lock doors at 7pm, not 655. Assist customers still inside the store. Do not allow anyone else in after 7pm. It's not lock the doors at 650 655 so they can assist the remaining customers by 7pm. They're losing revenue.
Brianna was extremely impolite and confrontational towards me for inquiring about the pricing. I've spent a lot at that store but won't be back due to how I was treated on my last visit.
