What an incredible salon experience! I've been a loyal customer for years and I am always thrilled with the results. Carlos is truly exceptional at what he does. My hair color looks so natural, it's as if I have highlights without actually getting them. And my haircut is always spot-on - Carlos never disappoints! The entire team at the salon is friendly and professional, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else 💕

The staff here is friendly and does quality work. However, my experience has been a bit frustrating. During my first visit, my receipt was mistakenly emailed to another client, leading to confusion over payment. Despite this, I received multiple phone calls to process a payment that had already been made. On my second visit, I encountered issues scheduling future appointments through the app as advised. It turns out the stylist I wanted only works a few days every few months from California. After rescheduling with another stylist, my receipt was once again sent to the wrong person electronically. When attempting to book another appointment six weeks later, I found no availability for months and was informed that the desired stylist only works two days a week. After a mix-up with the scheduled stylist going on vacation, I finally managed to reschedule with Brianna for today, only to arrive and find that my appointment wasn't recorded. It has been a frustrating experience for someone who values professionalism and cleanliness. Having lived in Nocatee for 18 months, I am generous with tipping and perplexed by the ongoing issues. Perhaps this salon is simply not the right fit for me.

Each visit to this salon is consistently fantastic. Maryanne, my stylist, truly listens to my preferences and delivers a perfect balance of color and cut every time. The salon itself is always clean and well-lit, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Making reservations is a breeze, with efficient communication and helpful text reminders.
