Unacceptable! They did not honor the scheduled appointment. Today marked my first visit here. I phoned ahead to inquire about walk-in availability. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended to. My nails turned out flawless! The gentleman who worked on them displayed meticulous attention to detail and completed the job promptly.
