Today marked my first visit here. I phoned ahead to inquire about walk-in availability. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended to. My nails turned out flawless! The gentleman who worked on them displayed meticulous attention to detail and completed the job promptly. I am thoroughly pleased and will definitely return!
I must admit, I am absolutely fixated on this nail job! Alex is exceptional in his craft, consistently delivering on all my requested nail designs with great care. Taylor does a remarkable job with my pedicures, ensuring they are always smooth, clean, and well-maintained. This establishment never fails to impress.
I used to frequent this place regularly for acrylic nails until a person did a couple of gel manicures for me. The first time, she splattered nail polish all over my skin and casually remarked, "You can fix that at home." The second time, she began forcefully removing my acrylics despite my clear and repeated objections. She either refused to stop or simply ignored my pleas until all my nails were stripped off. That experience was quite intense, to be honest. I'm not sure if I can return here after that, or at least not for a while. It's unfortunate that she tainted my perception of this place because everyone else here is genuinely kind.
