Today marked my first visit here. I phoned ahead to inquire about walk-in availability. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended to. My nails turned out flawless! The gentleman who worked on them displayed meticulous attention to detail and completed the job promptly. I made a reservation for 5 pm, but upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that they were not ready. I explained that I had a confirmed 5 pm appointment, but she asked me to wait for 30 minutes. Unacceptable! They did not honor the scheduled appointment.
