A Sweet Treat for my Feet! The aroma matched the blissful sensation. I received a delightful Manicure & Pedicure. Definitely coming back.
Scheduled my first visit to this salon last weekend. I just wanted a gel manicure. The reviews all rave about Kim, the nail artist who is exceptional. So, I made the appointment assuming I would have Kim. However, I was unaware that Kim was unavailable, and I mistook another lady for Kim. Unfortunately, my nails turned out poorly - all bumpy and messy polish. I left feeling extremely disappointed. After about an hour, I returned as I couldn't believe how bad they looked. The lady had her son rectify them. They looked slightly better after his touch-up but still not great. Three days later, some of my nails started peeling. $36 wasted. My suggestion is that the salon should disclose the specific nail artist when making appointments, especially if a particular person is known for their work. I specifically wanted Kim, and that's not who did my nails. Won't be returning!
Urban Nails & Spa Having relocated from LA, I have tried nearly every nail salon in Palm Coast, and none have matched up to Urban Nails & Spa. It's a cozy spot, managed and operated by the Tran family. Hanh, the owner, is the sole nail technician and takes clients by appointment only. However, the wait is well worth it. I can guarantee you'll adore her craftsmanship. Her mother excels at pedicures, and her brother is equally skilled. Give them a chance; you won't regret it.
