She was recommended to me and I was a bit hesitant at first since I only had highlights done by one other individual who is no longer available. Natalia took her time to inquire about my past procedures to ensure she met my requirements to match what I desired. Prior to my appointment, she made me feel at ease and I was eager to meet her in person to get glamorized! The salon was such a warm, inviting place and the other stylist was just as fantastic.
