Today, my parent visited this place and found no hot water available. The spa session lacked the usual hot towel massage, and my mom had to rinse off in cold water. To make matters worse, a male maintenance worker entered the women's section to fix the boiler while my mom was changing. The only person to offer an apology was the masseuse. My mom was visibly upset, and none of the staff took responsibility or apologized for the intrusion. Spouse and I decided to get a massage one Sunday and were looking for a 3 pm appointment. I found Sakura via Yelp and we called the Fair Lawn location but they didn’t have availability. This hair salon has a very welcoming owner who is always smiling and eager to fulfill all customers’ needs. The hairstylists are also very attentive, and they strive to accommodate any requests you may have. The ambiance is wonderful, complete with a self-serve water station, ensuring that whether you're there for a haircut or just accompanying a friend, you won’t be bored. However, all the reading material available is in Korean. It would be nice to see a variety of books or entertainment options in different languages to keep guests entertained while they wait. My friend and I visited for haircuts on 10/19 (Sat). The current price for men is $35, but it will rise to $40 in November. ***UPDATE*** (2/21/2023) Recently, I took the plunge and got bangs for the first time, and I am absolutely in love with them. Jieun expertly tailored the bangs to suit my face shape perfectly. My colleagues and friends have showered me with compliments on my new look. Each visit to her salon leaves me beaming with joy!
