This was the worst experience ever! The lady barber had the nerve to argue with my child, who is significantly younger than her! Our regular barber was out of town, so her coworker had to intervene and stop her. He was very kind and apologized for her immature behavior. I can't believe she treated my child that way in front of me! We live in a small town, and I believe in supporting local businesses, but her customer service skills are severely lacking. No matter how bad your day is, you shouldn't take it out on a child. My partner and I sought a rejuvenating massage after the demanding Grand Canyon South Kaibab hike the previous day. Luckily, I reserved two 90-minute deep tissue bliss cup treatments for us which featured hot stones and cupping. Planning this well ahead of the peak season here, starting from the end of March through May, is crucial. We had Jordan and Tiana as our therapists. They were both phenomenal. We experienced immediate and lasting relief. I wish we could have this team of experts near all canyons in this region!
