This was the worst experience ever! The lady barber had the nerve to argue with my child, who is significantly younger than her! Our regular barber was out of town, so her coworker had to intervene and stop her. He was very kind and apologized for her immature behavior. I can't believe she treated my child that way in front of me! We live in a small town, and I believe in supporting local businesses, but her customer service skills are severely lacking. No matter how bad your day is, you shouldn't take it out on a child. Grow up!
I usually enjoy my time here; it's a classic barbershop that I used to visit with my father. Now, I bring my son along for the experience.
The price is great at 20 dollars for a haircut (added one star), but the workers there need improvement. I asked for a trim with a small fade. I had short, overgrown hair and wanted most of it to remain on my head. However, the lady didn't listen and ended up shaving off all my hair! I usually cut my hair myself due to social anxiety, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone. Now, I regret it and wish I had my hair back. Additionally, my card kept declining, even though it works everywhere else. It's a Visa card. I wanted to leave, but I was stuck there and had to waste more time going to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash.
