Incredible establishment! Always greeted warmly and rarely experience delays. The place is consistently fully staffed, and the owners Ivy and Kayla are welcoming and attentive. The chandeliers add a touch of elegance that I adore.
While all the pictures are lovely, my dip manicure didn't hold up well. For my pedicure, two individuals had to work on it because the initial person couldn't properly address ingrown nails and excess skin. As for my dip manicure, I tried this style for the first time last Saturday. By Tuesday, one of my nails had already come off. I was informed that the dip method lasts longer and helps nails grow. Despite the pleasant ambiance and good customer service, I will seek services elsewhere as both my hands and feet look like I did them myself. As of Wednesday 3-13-24, six nails have lifted and come off. I won't be returning.
I was truly amazed! I requested a complex design and April executed it flawlessly! My sister also had her nails done by Ivy and they turned out stunning as well. When I return, I will definitely choose either Ivy or April for my nails. The pricing was reasonable for the intricate design I received, and the establishment was impeccably clean.
