I relocated to the Milton/Pace region 2 years ago and I am astonished that I had not visited this Nail Salon earlier. It was just an hour before closing, and I am regretful for not inquiring about her name, but I believe it was the proprietor. She efficiently and beautifully did my nails. The establishment had a pleasant ambiance and was highly accommodating.
I visited Exotic Nail and Spa in Pace. The customer service was exceptional, creating a very friendly atmosphere. The chairs were incredibly comfortable, a wide array of colors to choose from, my feet were thoroughly cleaned, and my nails looked fantastic. Moreover, the pricing was more reasonable compared to other places. Michelle and Victor are hardworking individuals who excel at their job.
Upon entering for a manicure and pedicure, I was left feeling quite disappointed. While everyone else in the room was warmly greeted and offered a beverage or wine, I was not even asked. My manicure and pedicure lasted a mere 20 minutes. The technician barely massaged me enough to rub in the lotion and did not effectively remove the dead skin, which was the primary reason for my pedicure. There was minimal effort in scrubbing my feet. When I inquired about the removal of dead skin and upgrading to the next level of pedicure, the response was unfriendly, with chuckling and a lack of professionalism. I felt as though I was being judged for not spending enough money. Furthermore, I did not receive any lotion on my hands or a massage with my manicure. The experience was far from relaxing and certainly not worth the $55 price tag. I cannot recommend this establishment.
