After being a patron of this establishment for a year, I can no longer overlook the disrespectful treatment I received during my recent visit. Despite arriving before the supposed closing time of 7 PM, I was rudely informed by a lady that they close early at 6:30 PM during winter without any prior notice. The service I received was accompanied by a consistently rude attitude. I've observed a pattern of technicians displaying kindness to some customers while being impolite to others, which is unacceptable. Although the quality of eyebrow threading is satisfactory, the lack of customer service and patience is evident in this salon. The partiality and impatience displayed towards customers further solidify my decision not to return.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the services provided at this establishment. The durability and affordability of the services have exceeded my expectations. In fact, my daughter now travels all the way from Brooklyn to have her eyebrows done here!

I must share my experience with the lash technician VIVIAN at this establishment. I have had to return for fill-ins twice within a month, which is quite unusual. Properly done lashes should last up to 3 weeks without needing a fill-in, but with VIVIAN's work, they barely last a week. When I mentioned the issue to her and suggested using a better adhesive, she invited me back only to charge me an additional $50 for a fill-in after just one week. This approach seems like a ploy to make customers return frequently and spend more money. I advise seeking a more reputable lash professional who values their clients' satisfaction and doesn't compromise on quality.
