The most dreadful treatment of a customer I've ever encountered. A 12-year member with the highest-priced package, yet the manager displayed a rude attitude. I forgot my goggles and was denied tanning without purchasing a new pair. I promptly cancelled my membership. The persistent upselling during each visit is irritating, and they seem to not grasp the word "NO".
Sun Tan Country has not only been one of the most inviting places to be a client at, BUT also the most inviting place to build a career with. The entire team (Sky, Kaylee, & Haley) has been incredibly welcoming. The way they have engaged with me as a client and others is truly impressive. I highly recommend tanning at Sun Tan Country! Perhaps even consider a job for your children or yourself if you seek a fantastic environment and AMAZING benefits. P.S. if you or they work here, discounted or complimentary tanning awaits! 🥳😉
Outstanding customer service. I wish I could recall the kind young lady whose name ended in "ie", but after a long day it escapes me. I really needed a friendly face and warm glow to lift my spirits, and that's exactly what I found at this establishment. I opted for a bundle of visits to save money and ensure I have something to look forward to. They are definitely worth a visit and a glowing 5-star recommendation.
