The female technician always seems rushed, even when there are no other customers. The first time I visited and got a dip manicure, my nails remained intact and lasted a long time. However, upon subsequent visits, I experienced sharp, uneven edges, lumps, and cracks within a few days. If the sole female technician is occupied, a male colleague will begin the service and end up grinding the dip excessively, causing pain and thinning of nails. During my last visit, they rushed through the process and five of my nails cracked the following day. I was furious, but it's inconvenient to return and have them fixed. I have decided to cease patronizing this establishment!
