The female technician always seems rushed, even when there are no other customers. The first time I visited and got a dip manicure, my nails remained intact and lasted a long time. However, upon subsequent visits, I experienced sharp, uneven edges, lumps, and cracks within a few days. If the sole female technician is occupied, a male colleague will begin the service and end up grinding the dip excessively, causing pain and thinning of nails. During my last visit, they rushed through the process and five of my nails cracked the following day. I was furious, but it's inconvenient to return and have them fixed. I have decided to cease patronizing this establishment! If you seek quality service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Unpleasant. Unpleasant. Unpleasant. I will never return. My mother purchased gift certificates for all of us, including my daughters. They opted for a basic pedicure - single color, no embellishments. We presented the certificates to the older lady and she insisted we owed more money for my daughters' services. My mother had paid in full for the certificates!!! She proceeded to raise her voice, shouting at us in an incredibly rude manner, leaving me utterly shocked. Avoid this place at all costs!!
I was headed to California and needed a mani-pedi before my departure. Stopped by the bank and decided to pop in since it was right next door. I was the sole customer in the salon at that moment. It was a Monday morning, just after opening hours. The nail technician, did a commendable job. He faced challenges with the matte gel I had requested. Despite his best efforts, it didn't turn out as expected, so he used a regular matte polish. Although the results weren't perfect, he went above and beyond to rectify the situation.
